I know it's against the rules to jump on peoples heads, but what if someone were to let you jump on there head to boost you into a window or something?

Well I did it once (:O) to get into the foto shop apartments because it was a suspected kidnap location

The jumping on heads rule was put on because players would just jump on players head non-stop for no reason.

Yeah I figured that out all by myself . But I thought it could be used by police for getting in to suspicious buildings when there isn't enough evidence for a warrant.

nah, its better than the toolgun. In RP terms that is.
If you think about it, the toolgun is really OOC... though in some cases it isn't. Yet /me is like the description in a book. Without /me, books would be just dialogue. You get it?
